Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am a defender of life. The moment that I heard the heartbeats of my twins for the first time was one of the most special moments in my life. In those moments, my wife instantly transformed into a mother. And for the next few months, we prepared to welcome two children of God into this world. I am an unabashed Christian who believes and knows that life is precious. And I will fight to defend it, with the only exception being the life of the mother is at risk.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our founding fathers sought to create one nation under God. And in determining how to create that nation, it was critically important to define, separate and limit powers in the Constitution so that human temptations would not and could not choose power over what is right.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I gave my life to Christ at a young age, and I’m a unabashed Christian. I know and love God, and I seek to do what is right in his eyes. We are sinful people, but through Jesus Christ, we can be saved. I’ll bring these values to the Florida House.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I am a lifelong Christian conservative, a member of First United Methodist Church of Port St. Joe and an Eagle Scout. I’ve been a proud registered Republican for nearly 20 years. I support President Trump and his conservative agenda. I’m a Lifetime Member of the NRA, with an AQ rating.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
I want to give people a hand up, not a hand out. One of my top priorities is to increase vocational and technical training programs in high schools that will provide Floridians with the skills they need to get good paying jobs. More than 75 percent of adults in House District 7 don’t have a college degree. But with the right skills and training, today’s students can pursue good jobs in their hometowns that can support their families.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Many of the health care facilities in House District 7 were damaged or destroyed during Hurricane Michael. With regard to health care, getting these facilities back online is a top priority. We must pursue health care policies that balance quality with access and affordability. New, innovative proposals – like the one Governor Ron DeSantis has advanced to import safe, FDA-approved prescription drugs from foreign countries – are smart ways to increase access and reduce cost without impacting quality.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
I support a limited government, and I believe the government’s primary role is to keep Floridians safe. That involves investing in our law enforcement officers, correctional officers and first responders. I also believe government must help communities in the wake of natural disaster. We need the help of our state and federal partners to rebuild after Hurricane Michael. A safe and sound state will result in economic opportunity. Furthermore, government is responsible for public education. And that’s why I believe we must invest more in vocational and technical training programs so that our students are learning the skills they need to be successful. With a skilled workforce, we can attract more businesses to our state.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am the only candidate who was born and raised in House District 7, and I’ll represent our community when I’m elected to the Florida House. I started working at age 12, and I know what it means to work hard for a dollar. Now, I own two small businesses, and I know how government can get in the way of serving our customers. I’ve never run for office before, and I’ve never worked in government before. I’m going to bring my small business experience and approach to working for you.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I’m a conservative who supports President Trump. As your State Representative, I’ll work with President Trump to secure our borders. I’m a lifetime member of the NRA. I earned an AQ rating from the NRA, and I’ll fight to defend the Second Amendment. I’m 100% pro-life. I will make sure that not one cent of taxpayer funds goes toward Planned Parenthood.
