Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I believe that people are first in policy, then programs. I will promote with your help, School Finance Reform. Its time we bring equality in finance to all schools in Texas. In the seventies, I attended Edgewood ISD the 2nd Poorest in the country then. There are still disparity, and some choose to look away when some schools do without. I will not. Teachers need a raise - PERIOD. Property Tax Relief is a top priority. I am with the Governor Abbott on a 2.5 tax cap. I also favor the electorate to elect the members of the Bexar Tax Appraisal, so that they can be voted out if not serving the needs of our constituents. Finally, Economic Development should prioritize into training to put people back to work, so that they can fend for their own families.
