Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
It is the women decision to have the child or not. I raised three children. They were my responsibility. I provide them with a home, food, clothes, a stable home and they are now productive citizens. Because I made the decision to have them and committed to be their care taker and provider. When considering the responsibility that follows having and raising a child, my opinion is irrelevant, on someone else decision.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Because at the time it was written, England has imposed a total control of their life and they want to make sure that the individuals rights of the person, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc were well defined.

Unemployment is not control by the government. It is control by businesses. Minimum salaries are controlled by the government to protect americans.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
establish a cap of profit for health care companies because their main goal is to make money. When 11 CEO of Health Care Companies have a total income of 310 millions dollar in 2017. Your money is utilized by this middle-man companies and not the hospitals capabilities, doctors salaries, nurses salaries.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government jobs and government contracts has support the economy of this country for years.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
As an engineer, 29 years in Government Services, from designing solutions to establishing and writing policies, conduct risk analysis on problems and negotiate requirements with contracting companies.
