Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
In circumstances where the likelihood the mother will not survive carrying the child to term, or that the mother and child would not survive the pregnancy being carried to term. An elective abortion should also be allowed in cased of rape, especially those where the mother is of an age and biological development that is too young to safely carry a pregnancy to term for either the mother, the child, or both.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

In the realm of a customer service issues, the customer is not asking to impose their beliefs on the business owner and the business owner is potentially removing that customers right to service and right to freedom of speech. Services should be provided, unless the request is a direct contradiction and provides a thought that the business is broaching their personal morals.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Not imposing the religious rights and thoughts through the laws and beliefs provided within the state or federal government. By this, there should not be any item within the federal laws that keep a person from upholding their own personal beliefs.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
B. As much as possible, the government should provide free and available healthcare for the public. This should not included a full funding by the government, but a partial funding with the public paying what they can out of pocket to ensure the program is fully and appropriately funded.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

To this point, ensuring that we have secure borders but other countries are aware of the ability for migration into the U.S. and out of the countries if they are being suppressed would be the best management practice to reduce war fighting and increase the ability for those people to get out.

To a degree, as in the United States needs to ensure that we are not providing resources (money, training, weapons) that will increase them to a country that is beyond their capabilities while leaving those within the U.S. to hunt for the same resources. Politicians should not take any Israel Pacs.

All those immigrating should have a purpose (labor, job, scientific, etc) and should be able to actively contribute to society during their time here.
