QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should only be done in a emergency situation. All efforts should be made to save the child and mother.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
Strongly Agree
Socialism provides a robust foundation for a stable economy.
Strongly Disagree
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Cut taxes, cut regulations, and offer tax incentives for new business start ups.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The best way to boost the economy is stop supporting crony capitalism and return to true capitalism. Crony Capitalism is government selected winners. True capitalism is market selected winners. Government currently operates on the Keynesian's Economic Theory. Which has the government doing circular spending to boost the economy. Each time there is a market collapse the government spends money to stop and manipulate the markets. With each economic collapse, government spending must be greater to correct the problem leading to our current national debt. To boost the economy will require less government spending, less taxes, and more protection from manipulated market as posed by China. China is guilty of currency manipulation and market dumping. This is designed to put American businesses out of business.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or business owners because of their deeply held religious beliefs.
Strongly Agree
Governments should not penalize those who define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Restore a market based economy. A market based insurance market gives the best possible chance of obtaining insurance for all. A government based, government direct, health care system will lower the quality of health care for all. Even a single payer, socialist system, will not provide care for all. It will lower the quality, slow the care, and in short, let more people die than a free market competitive base health care system.
NATIONAL SECURITY
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
I support sanctuary cities.
Strongly Disagree
Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.
Strongly Disagree
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
EDUCATION
Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
VALUES
Biblical values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.
Strongly Disagree
People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."
Strongly Disagree
Free speech is under attack on public university and college campuses.
Strongly Agree
Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.
Strongly Agree
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Federalist Paper Number 1 describes the short coming of humans that caused them to separate the powers. I will attempt to put it into a nut shell. British politician Lord Acton said "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" translation, power in the hands of only a few brings tyranny. Thus, our founders separated the powers and assigned different powers to each branch of Government.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born a Baptist but became a Christian. I belief Christ was virgin born, the only begotten Son of God, Jesus is God, Jesus was crucified, then rose again the third day. Jesus offers all salvation through Grace. It is a gift of Jesus/God if one accepts it. Salvation cannot be earned it must be accepted. My values are rooted in the KJV of the Bible. I attempt to live up to the standards it sets. Like all I sometimes fail.
