Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe it is a Women's right to have an abortion, that should be her decision and no one else's.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The history of what are country went through. Our fore fathers fought for us to have freedoms and escape what they had seen people seeking to escape by coming to America. People came to America for many reasons; to escape religious persecution, taxation without representation, and many more issues which our fore fathers addressed in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that there is a God and that is the person that any individual needs to answer to. I think the churches and church leaders that want to preach to their congregations on how and whom to vote for should lose tax exempt status. Separation of church and state.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Somewhat Liberal

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Please view my website Carol4Ohio.com and you will see what I stand if for.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

We need to have tradesman/tradeswomen training. Offer incentives to companies that do this. Better pay scales.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Start with the Affordable Care Act currently in place and work to enhance the good parts of and eliminate the things not work. Corporations need to pay their fair share of income taxes.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The government needs to really look at what they are doing. End all this lobbyists paying dark money to get what they want. Then, more forward and really dig deep into what Americans need.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I feel I have learned from my education and life experiences to understand what the average American needs to be able to live a good life. I had to work hard to get where I am today.
