What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Constitution with the balance of power kept checks on man-kinds tendency towards impulsiveness and tendency towards a mob mentality, and recognizing that man-kind does not always consider the right to humanity, that all men are created equal. inclusive of those rights of minorities, and their civil rights.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
We are all of equal worth to humanity and the world, and we are all answerable to the commonality we share, we are all answerable to the greater good and that this may be more than just that of an individuals needs. My Roman Catholic faith imparted the values of social justice, of self-sacrifice and putting the needs of others and the wider community as a conscious intention, caring for those who are less fortunate.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
To have an economy with well regulated system of rules so this is a consistently applied set of rules, so the enterprise, remains consistent from one administration to another, has a structure which sets expectations, and the framework reduces catastrophic events. Best set of policies to prevent bubbles from forming, prevention of a bubble burst, which doesn't level out a economy.

Medicare for all.
