Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
It is clear the Bible believes that life begins at birth or there would be different punishment for causing the death of a fetus. Exodus 21:22-25 22"If people are fighting and hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows. 23But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, 24eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise. I am saddened that people feel a need to abort. I am not a proponent of abortion, but believe it is clearly between them and God. I believe current abortion law as outlined by the US Supreme Court has struct a good middle ground. I believe government should stay out of this very personal family issue.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our founding fathers recognized that government is a force that continually expands, progressively impinges upon freedoms, and if left unchecked, predictably devolves to dictatorship. They recognized that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The division of power into legislative, executive, and judicial branches, and safety mechanisms such as the power of impeachment and the convention of states were designed to ensure that freedom will forever prevail over tyranny. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell. The third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body;and the life everlasting.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
No Answer
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
The old political parties have trained us to believe that there are only two view points conservative and liberal. They want us to believe these are the only two view points to keep us afraid and mistrustful of each other, thereby keeping people in line. By keeping us divided they can keep and maintain power. I have a view point of Liberty. I believe that we should make decisions based on personal liberty like our founding father did. The Range above should be from Much Liberty to NO liberty. That is the view point measurement that we should be using. If we find someone living contrary to Christian values as long as they are not hurting anyone, then government should leave them alone. It is our job as Christian to show people the right way. By letting our light so shine before men, that they see our good works and glorify our father in heaven.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
I believe the best way to bring down unemployment is to reduce regulations that hamper entry into business. Hong Kong has the least regulation and the high employment. I believe in Milton Friedman economics.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Reduce governments regulations in health care. Due to thousands of government regulations many people are needed in health care system to provide governments unending need to require needless reports. I appears to me doctors are not competing for patients. Need to increase competition to get better and cheaper health care.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government should play as small a role as possible. Usually when government gets involved it creates bad effects. Government should provide a place were we can have free and fair trade. That is governments greatest job.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I graduated from one of the toughest engineering school in the United States. I think the state legislature needs an engineer to bring logically and practical ideas to laws. I have held leadership roles, in industry, community organizations and my church.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
My greatest achievement is that my wife Reverend Ann Noland and I have raise 4 wonderful and productive Christian children. Each with families of their own. We are so blessed. Question 4: Government should not be in the marriage business. Marriage is a religious ceremony. The religions should be making the rules for marriage not government. Question 11: The schools should not be teaching sex in school. Parent should have that responsibility. Question 15: I agree with the concept, but believe it would not be practical not knowing what future congress might face.
