1. Taking the Medicaid expansion that we as Texans are already paying for. I would like to expand Medicaid to the working poor. This would include people in the service industry, college students, people who are in between jobs, people who are divorced, (lost their spouse's benefits) and adult children who have returned home. I would like to include basic eye and dental care. A person can't do their best work if they are suffering.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

I believe in being fiscally conservative. I believe special interest groups have been dictating state spending. I want to see the money earmarked for education be used in the classroom. Specifically smaller class sizes. I believe all children would benefit from this. I want protections for the environment put in place on the state level and move toward clean energy. Solar panels on all public buildings is a good investment for the community as the power grid is becoming more stressed. I would like to decriminalize cannabis and make it available for compassionate use. I believe this would neutralize cartel activity and be useful with respect to our opioid crisis. I can not support morally corrupt behavior with respect to the treatment of illegal immigrants. I believe in the separation of church and state. I want to expand Medicaid for the working poor.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I paid the filing fee of $750 as that is all that was required. I did not have time to obtain signatures as I decided to run late November 2017. I have 18 years of experience of living in Frisco Texas. For 18 years I paid property taxes, and attended to my family. For 18 of those years there has not been a Democrat in office. For 18 years I have seen a change in culture that is not represented by my government. My property taxes have gone through the roof. For the first time in those 18 years I have an opportunity to do something about that. I will work to lower the property tax burden of the Citizens of Collin and Rockwall counties. I don't want there to be a tax penalty for maintaining your property, for updating your kitchen, for being house proud.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I voted in the 2017 as a Republican with a protest vote because there was a candidate in office who was doing a fine job and I wanted to see him stay in that position. Unfortunately, he did not win that primary. It was a good lesson that a write in, or protest vote has little weight on the out come of an election. You see, I like to vote for the best person for the job.
