Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Allowed by whom? Government? Let's be clear about this: government should not be involved in the abortion issue. Period. Government should not condone it nor criminalize it. It is a decision for the individual and government bureaucrats should have no part of it. Personally, I am Pro-Life and I want to see every baby being given the chance to be born and to live the life that God has blessed them with. I believe that personal responsibility is the key and that government should keep out of it. I also believe that late-term abortion and partial-birth abortion are hideous procedures and are obvious murder.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Freedom of the individual is the inherent nature of mankind that caused the American Founders to limit government's role via our Constitution. Remember, the federal government was designed to be both small and limited. All other roles and responsibilities are held by the individual.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and my Christian spirituality is the single most defining part of me. My purpose is to love my fellow man and to not be judgmental or intrusive into their lives. We are all here with wonderful talents, given to us by God, and we are here to serve God by helping each other. As an American and as a Libertarian, I have always believed in the freedom to practice the religion of one's own choice. I do not try to force my personal beliefs on anyone; rather, I simply try to be accepting and empathetic towards all of my brothers and sisters here on Earth.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
No Answer
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I didn't answer the last question as it is limited to the very narrow 'Conservative vs. Liberal' scale. It says nothing about Libertarians' side of things or the 'Republic vs. Oligarchy' comparison. It's a lousy question so I view no 'public validation' as necessary. Libertarians want to insure that each of us has "All of our Liberties; All of the Time". To try to define someone just in the narrow scale of 'conservative to liberal' is to try to define a person only within the confines of the Republican and Democrat definitions. I do not identify with the unreliable and changing 'principles' of the Republicans and Democrats. THEY are the cause of ALL of the problems in government today and I want to be part of the wave of the future to change that disastrous course.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Free market expansion is the best way to bring down unemployment. Remember, it is the private sector, not government, that creates jobs. If elected, I will never promise to "create jobs" since I can only do that if I hire people within my own business. If I am elected to the General Assembly, I will constantly be working to remove unnecessary regulation, lower taxes on individuals and businesses, and promote a vibrant environment for commerce in Pennsylvania. I believe that Pennsylvania should be a 'Right-to-work' state. I also do not believe in the minimum wage. Every time the minimum wage is increased, jobs are lost.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Prior to the implementation of Obamacare (.i.e: the Unaffordable Care Act), the private sector, free-market system was working rather well. It was far from perfect, but you are never going to have a perfect healthcare system, regardless of the system that you believe in. Obamacare has generally made healthcare worse and more expensive. We need to completely repeal Obamacare and allow the open market to provide healthcare as the service that it is. We need tort reform to get the litigation awards under control. Doctors are spending too much of their time and resources trying to avoid lawsuits, when they should be allowed to practice their profession and provide the medical attention that all of us desire. Is the system ever going to be perfect? Of course not, but it can be made to be much more effective for all. If we can get government out of the medical industry completely and also get the albatross of litigation under control, healthcare services can improve and thrive.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The best thing that government can do is to 'keep out of the way' of individuals and businesses. Government should always be defending the liberties of its citizens. I also believe that government should always be promoting an environment that is conducive to commerce. We are a capitalist society and the more free commerce that we have, the more successful and free we all are. Government has a penchant for over-regulating and over-taxing virtually everything that we, as citizens, do. Let's make government smaller. Let's make our government live within a balanced budget. Let's hold government responsible for the constant mistakes that it makes. If we, as individuals, are bold and daring, we can fix the mess that our government keeps dealing to us.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am running for office for the first time in my life. I am not a bureaucrat or a career politician. I have a complete disdain for government and I want to do all that I can to eliminate unnecessary laws, make government smaller and more accountable, make government cut its budgets across the board, and to live within a much more reasonable, balanced budget. I am a CPA and I have been an entrepreneur for all of my professional life, owning and operating my own accounting practice. I understand what it's like to make your business profitable. I also understand how important it is to get government off of our backs so that we can sustain and enjoy our personal liberties.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
We need to get the Republicans and Democrats out of controlling our government. Think about it: the Republicans and Democrats have been in control of virtually all elements of our government for the past 165 years. Every problem in government today is attributable to them. If they could fix any problems (most of which they have caused), don't you think that they would have done so by now? The control that the Republicans and Democrats have over government and our lives must end. I want to be part of that desperately needed change. I believe in the unbridled freedom of the individual. I want term limits for all state representatives and senators. I want to see the State Legislature turned into a part-time body, with its compensation and benefits cut in half. I want to see the State Inheritance Tax repealed. Dying should not result in a taxable event. I view the State Inheritance Tax as immoral.
