QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion is the killing of a living human being. I do not support the killing of fellow humans.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
The state constitution should limit the growth of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.
Neutral
Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
Strongly Agree
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Lower taxes and end the welfare state.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Lower taxes, less restrictive policies, free trade agreements and mutually beneficial work programs for our immigrants who desire employment. Additionally, many desire the ability to cross back and forth through borders without the expensive process and fear of not knowing if re-entry is possible. The need for a mutually beneficial relationship is necessary to make progress and in turn can stimulate the Texas and US economy.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Disagree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I do not believe the government should be involved in the healthcare industry and certainly should not have the authority to determine the care an individual is allowed to receive.
NATIONAL SECURITY
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Disagree
Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.
Strongly Disagree
I support sanctuary cities.
Strongly Agree
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Disagree
EDUCATION
Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree
Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.
Strongly Disagree
People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."
Strongly Agree
Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.
Strongly Agree
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The desire for power and authoritarian or totalitarian control over how others choose to live, as well as the desire to take from others (taxation). By allowing individuals to conduct their personal affairs how they see fit, so long as no one or their property is harmed, more freedom is possible.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian who believes in treating others with love, as we are called to do by Jesus. I do not believe it is my place to make harsh judgments on others or to treat those with differences in an unkind manner.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I am a Libertarian who believes the scope of government involvement in peoples' lives must be kept to a minimum, so long as no one or their property is harmed in so doing. I believe sexuality is a personal matter and not of concern to me. Taxes must be kept to a minimum and our governments (local, state and federal) should not be accumulating more debts. I do not believe in fighting endless wars, including the drug war. The right to bear arms shall remain uninfringed.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have been passionate about keeping the scope of the government small since childhood, when Libertarianism was the topic of a paper I authored in elementary school.
E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I do not believe the government should tell a business to serve a certain customer. It is my personal belief that I will not support a business if I do not like the way the business is conducting itself. For example: a business doesn't want to make a wedding cake for a same-sex marriage. The government has no place telling the baker to make the cake, but I personally can refuse to support the establishment and tell everyone I know as well. The government should be involved as little as possible in all of our affairs, especially our bedrooms.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support the death penalty.
Strongly Disagree
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.
Strongly Disagree
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
