Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, Incest, Mothers life is in peril.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
I realized that "radical Islamic terrorism" is all about trying to build a Caliphate that would bring on the end times, but the greatest defeat that we ever had over terrorism was just after 9/11/2001 was our uniting as a nation. The divisions that have come about since is far more damaging than a terrorist attack. So the way to eradicate this group of people is to cut off the media coverage that they so need in order to survive and to raise funds and followers.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
I am not sure that the fallen nature of mankind is what caused the Founders to incorporate the powers as much as the over reach by the King of England. There were several models from which the Framers of the US Constitution looked at in order to come up with our version of the document. Whether it was the fear of the fallen nature driving individuals to seek absolute control for personal gain or it was the experience under a tyrannical king I do not know.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian who has accepted by faith in the completed works of Christ on the Cross. I avidly study the bible. My values? I would say I strive to live my life by the values as set out for us in the scriptures and try to live by the laws set by those in authority over us.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
www.foreman4congress.com and other publications as found on Google. I list myself as a Moderate even though I would say I lean to the right. A moderate because I believe we need to take care of the sick, elderly and children regardless of financial labels. I am a conservative when speaking of fiscal issues as I believe we need a balanced budget with surplus to pay down the massive debt that is afflicting our nation. I might lean left due to the above mentioned social programs.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
The 3 "As" of healthcare. What is a life worth? Until we determine that worth it is difficult to answer "affordable." What do we consider as minimal? Again, we have to determine what a life is worth to determine "Adequate." Is a drunk living on the street worth more or less that a Congressman? Healthcare is a tough issue to tackle, but the answer is out there.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
During times of economic prosperity, we should not be lowering taxes on the top earners, but instead working on the debt. Our national debt in the worst inhibitor to growing the economy. If the government wants to boost the economy in any economy, it should lower taxes on the small or independent business owner and the middle and opportunity classes. It is these groups who tend to spend money when available to meet their needs.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
Make the tax code more equitable for all. It seems that the less a person makes the less they should pay in taxes. The current system as passed in 2017 reduced taxes for the top percentages while making minimal changes for the small or independent business owners.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Businesses will only hire the exact number of people that is needed to complete a job. If you need more products or services to be uses, the purchasers of products need more capital. So basically, if there is more buying there is more producing and so more jobs, more jobs mean more capital which means more buying and so on.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
The issue with Social Security is the national debt. The only place by law that Social Security funds can be invested is the nation debt. Right now with the staggering national debt these funds are locked up and only paying minimal in interest. We need to look to the national debt which has increased from about $4.7 Trillion in 2001 to over $20 Trillion today, which is now greater that the GDP of the US. This has only happened once the past 100 years and that was in the 1940s. I believe that a balanced budget is the cure all to most of what is wrong economy. If the budget were balanced (not matter the size) we could make sure that all bills are taken care of including Social Security, Medicare, Veteran Benefits, Military needs, Education and so forth. I heard questions about how do you pay for it, you find a way.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
The only qualification as listed in the US Constitution, Article 1, section 2 states "No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained the age of twenty-five and been seven years a Citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen." I meet all of these requirements. The founders made these requirements and no more to ensure that the State and people are represented by one from among them, not just elite or wealthy, but one of the people. That being said, I have attended colleges, I have managed Call Centers and Plasma Centers. I have worked in Churches. I have seen and heard from many people with many issues and concerns. I believe that I am as qualified as any other person who would seek this office.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I answered most of the multiple choice question as neutral or no answer due mostly to their emotional context. When an answer caused anger or frustration on either side, the issue is lost and a resolution impossible. I am an Independent because I do not like and am worried about the direction the two parties have and are taking us. For the last 17 years we have sold our children, grandchildren and grandchildren's future for our own selfish and greedy desires. I am the father of 4 grown children and have 3 and soon to be 4 grandchildren. When I think about what kind of country am I leaving them, I get mad. We have to fix this and we cannot fix something by swapping the same broken parts i.e. if you go out to start your car in the morning and it does not turn over, you typically bring over another car and jump start it. It runs fine all day but tomorrow same thing. It would not make since to replace it with another dead battery. Replace the broken part.
