Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Medical decisions and religious decisions should not be governmental decisions. Abortion is a medical decision, and for many a religious decision. Suggesting the government should be making decisions in the private sphere is a massive overreach. Permitting such intrusions is green-lighting governmental interventions in a range of spiritual and medical choices that are inherently personal, and private.

Social Security is an insurance program, and we have been borrowing against it for a very long time. It is the responsibility of Congress to be fiscally prudent and adjust spending accordingly to shore up this fund.

I have 4 degrees (AA, BA, MBA, JD), and am a practicing family law attorney. In addition, I am a professional mediator, often dealing with complex situations from drastically different perspectives. I have consistently engaged in a variety of areas of civic engagement. More simply put, my day job is getting people who hate each other to function together for extended periods of time. Equal or more important than the above, I am fluent in understanding both federal law, and the likely impacts of federal law. This is an undervalued and drastically needed skill in Congress.

I am unable to answer most of your questions asked because they are poorly worded and the answers are far more nuanced and complex than this form permits. For example, "I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States" is impossible to answer because the border itself is impossible to secure in its entirety due to overall cost, natural landscape, efficacy, and return on investment - and the bigger problem is underlying immigration policy, which may make this question moot. The way you have asked questions makes it is clear you are looking for people to reinforce your own beliefs. That is the wrong lens with which to approach Congress. Instead, send reasonable, balanced people who will protect all freedoms and understand balance. Anyone who can answer the questions as presented without pause is probably not qualified for Congress.
