Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a born again, Spirit-filled Christian. I believe that the Holy Bible is the infallible, inerrant, and inspired Word of God. I honor my mother and father who taught me to exemplify the Fruit of the Spirit, to take risks, to be a servant leader, and to fill a need when I saw it. My wife is my soulmate and best friend. My wife and sons on earth and my daughter in heaven are the best gifts ever given to me by my Heavenly Father. I am a Constitutional Conservative first and a Republican second. I am a patriot always and devoted to God, family, and country.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
repealing Obamacare, tort reform, portability across state lines, promoting healthcare association plans, promoting pay-as-you-go options, and fast-tracking pharmaceutical research
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
deregulation, lowering taxes, privatizing federal lands, incentivizing start-ups through tax credits, ensuring free and fair international trade deals
What changes should be made to the tax code?
it should be changed to a flat tax system, the IRS should be reformed and downsized, and your tax returns should be reduced and simplified to be filled out on a single page by individual taxpayers.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
deregulation, lowering taxes, privatizing federal lands, incentivizing start-ups through tax credits, ensuring free and fair international trade deals
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Social Security must be changed as we know it. We must detach it from the general fund and stop its raiding. We must deliver on our promises to our seniors, and off-ramp to more privatized systems for those who have not yet reached traditional retirement age.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have a servant's heart and see my congressional district as my family. I am the only Republican running in this district with elected experience with a proven Conservative record as the vice mayor of a vital city. I am the only Republican running in this district with first-hand knowledge of the border with Mexico as a border-town resident (who lives three blocks from the border), city councilman of the ward in my city that has the border and the international port of entry, and as a Sheriff's Deputy who has responded and provided backup to calls involving border security. I am the only Republican running in this district who is still serving in the United States military with a high level clearance as a senior commissioned officer and who has experience working on both of our major military installations. Lastly, I am the only Republican running who was born and raised in this district who knows it like the back of his hand.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am running for Congress to serve CD2 constituents with the most positively-impacting representation in the U.S. House of Representatives they have received to date. As a veteran, former vice mayor of Douglas, former city councilman of a ward on the border, drilling Navy reservist supporting Davis Monthan, substitute teacher, youth pastor, former Fort Huachuca civilian, proud U of A Wildcat, recent Pima grad, and Cochise County Sheriff Deputy, I am connected to and more familiar with more CD2 centers of gravity, trade, security, and student populations than any other candidate currently running. I am an “all the above,” “both/and,” “multi-issue” candidate when it comes to the platform I announced on November 6, 2017, which included: national security, border security, education, bi-national trade/cooperation, biotechnology (agriculture/medicine), aerospace industry (including public/private space tourism and exploration), and infrastructure.
