Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe there are special people who have the ability to speak with our creator. Elijah, Daniel, and Isaiah are examples of these special people. Isaiah 53 the clear reference Isiah has shared with us of the man who was punished for all our inequities so that every one of us may know our creator.

Which current U.S. Supreme Court justice best reflects your judicial philosophy?

Thomas

Which U.S. president serving after 1960 best reflects your political philosophy?

A mixture of Kennedy and Reagon.

What is the proper use of legislative history in interpreting statutory law?

A informative guide to the intent and source of the legislation, however, as an independent branch of government with the task of insuring the constitutionality of every legislation, is by no means meant to limit the judiciary's ruling of any legislation. It takes a supper majority to amend the constitution. Legislation is enacted by slight majorities. Based on the ebb and tide of current legislatures, the entirety of the population should not be penalized by unconstitutional legislation that barely passes through.

In light of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges allowing members of the same sex to marry, which justice’s opinion in that case most closely approximates your understanding of marriage?

Roberts

Religious faith and religious communities are a benefit to our communities.

Agree

Where do individual rights come from?

I personally believe they come from their creator, but practice, it appears to come from the government which has jurisdiction over them.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

The previous question was not answered.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I meat the statutory requirements having practiced in Washington State for the required amount of time. I believe any individual who meets this qualification is more than qualified. The fact that I have been an Arbitrator for the Hawaii Supreme Court's Annexed Arbitration for several years irrelevant. 100 years of Judicial experience would not make any difference as the US Supreme Court Justices combined have over that, yet have differing opinions stark as night and day. The question is who would be better for the people and be able to adjudicate the issues that come up before them in a wise manner.

In what areas of law have you practiced?

Employment, Real Estate, Business, Litigation, Immigration, Tort, Securities, and other areas.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

The law must be applied equally. How it is applied to one, it must be applied to all.
