The nature of humans to let power corrupt them.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm a believer that most religions have good values. I believe in God and pray to God. I don't attend any churches at this time although I have in the past.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Somewhat Liberal
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I think that a balanced budget approach to address the issues of our day will help make us a better state and a better country. I think policies that help the working class, without hurting the businesses that provide them the jobs will help us improve things for everyone.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
I think that providing more jobs by working on our infrastructure can really help in this area. The state may need to provide some of those jobs. I am definitely open to having this discussion in more detail with members of all parties.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Medicaid for all.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Helping with the skyrocketing housing market costs. Discuss the idea of free community college or free vocational college.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
To be honest I don't know what makes a person qualified for public office. I've had a year and half of community college. I've been a working class guy all of my life. I've tried to be an accountable voter by looking at all candidates in all parties and vote for the person I think is best for the job. I'm passionate about trying to make things better in our state, and will hopefully be able to accomplish that by avoiding partisan politics. This is one of the reasons I've chosen to run as an independent.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I will always try to be accountable to the citizens of this state. I will show that accountability by not taking corporate campaign money. I will only take money from citizens, and I'll only take it in small increments $5-$50. I will also be honest with my collogues and the citizens of this great state and say "I don't know" if I in fact don't. I will always try and listen clearly to my collogues and the citizens as well.
