Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Personally, I don't believe that an abortion should be allowed for any circumstance. This is an ethically and moral issue between the mother and developing human being within her womb. If the mother's life is at risk and aborting can save her life and destroys a developing human being that cannot be saved through modern medicine due to the early stage of development, I would regrettably allow it until a time that modern medicine can. If the aborted developing human being has developed to a stage that modern medicine can provide its needs to full term development, then I want the aborted human being to be saved and provided with the proper care where it can develop to care for itself. There is no reason to destroy innocent life and to deny nurturing for full term development even when the pregnancy is unwanted. I believe the unborn have Constitutional and Civil Rights.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The US Constitution is a contract between our Government and the individual. It is not a living document that evolves in time. This is why the founders defined terms and dated documents knowing that definitions will change in time. They broke government into three branches that have separate and limited powers, so no one branch can control government. Populism is fickle for it comes and goes like the tide. This is why a contract is a better tool for enforcement.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am an Eagle Scout and have the God and Country Medal. I am a Southern Baptist in denomination and we don't believe that being baptized as a baby is the same as an adult who is washing their sins away by baptism and accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. A baby or child does not have that concept yet in life to understand the meaning of baptism rite nor communion. The Bible is the word of God and much can be learned in ethics, values, and morality that is discussed in it. America was build by faith and is what binds us to have what we have now. The church is the voice of morality and reason. To shut that voice is not American and not a voice of freedom.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
Go to my campaign website at www.jwaiken.org and I will have my degrees, certification, licences, and photos to prove my claims. I am a Super Delegate for the RNC and a card carrying Life Member, which there are only 25,000 in our nation. I have supported the Republican party and its organization for many years. I am also a Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifle Association. I am also a member of many conservative organizations like the Heritage Society and Judicial Watch.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
There are many factors that cause unemployment. Often, it is believed that higher education is the answer to lower unemployment, which is a false premise for there only exist so many specialized employment. What there is a lack of is vocational and technical skills in the labor and business force that pays more than a college degree job. The number one employer in America is small businesses for there are millions of them over major corporation's labor force. What needs to be done is to provide conditions to enhance economic growth for small businesses to thrive and they in return will hire more people. There is also too much over regulation by government that stifles growth or even curtail it purposely at the detriment of the people they serve. Some community leaders don't want what they deem to be undesirable and will seek obstacles that takes years to do that discourages investments and development of their areas of economic blight.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I assume when you say "all" you are including non citizens and illegal aliens that have made residency in our country that impacts many legal citizen tax payer's services that they support like public schools, jails, food banks, etc that was meant for our own citizens. I believe that competition is the best way to bring the not affordably down. Thee is no solution to this problem just look at the Veterans Administration and Medicare, then tell me what they provide to veterans and senior citizens are adequate under the control of our government. What I would suggest would anger some, but I would consider outsourcing group homes and assisted living centers to countries who has cheaper labor forces that are similarly qualified and certified at the same level, as our expensive way of doing things due to our modern standard of living compared to these countries. During Victorian times, British subjects moved to India and China where they could get long termed care cheaper.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government should provide the necessary conditions that promotes economic development instead of becoming a barrier that curtails it. Government should not be a competitor for this is unfair in a free trade society under capitalism where taxpayers subsidizes government that private enterprise cannot fairly compete.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have experience owning my own small businesses as a sole proprietor and under a general partnership. I have written and awarded grants from local government. I also have experience as a corporate director for several mining and processing companies. I have gone through the process of permits, satisfied environmental impact statements, and wrote company prospectus under the Securities and Exchange Act to issue shares of company stock. I have installed ponds, irrigation canals, and operated many types of farm and construction equipment. I can survey property with a transit and use a computers to do drafting, designing, and accounting. I can operate many scientific devices to analyze chemical and structural materials through X-ray, electron microprobe, inductive coupling plasma, and atomic absorption. I have been a City construction inspector for 30 years on many roads, bridges, utilities, and buildings projects. I also have traded in commodity futures for 30 years.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I keep hearing that we are a nation of immigrants and this is not true. My family came here with William Penn to colonized Pennsylvania and we were here a 100 years before the United States ever existed. St Augustine, Florida is the oldest city in our country founded in 1565. Our country is composed from the original 13 colonies that ratified into statehood under the US Constitution. My family served in the French & Indian War as British subjects and fought in the Continental Army and Navy during the Revolutionary War in Delaware. During the Civil War my family fought against the other from Ohio, New York, North and South Carolina. My family served in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Afghanistan. I was born on a military base and lived in many places as a military dependent in our country and overseas. My heart is with the military who serve to defend our freedoms at the risk of their own lives and well being. Nobody thinks about the family they leave behind.
