QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Disagree

Federal funding should not be given to abortion providers, but state and local governments can decide on their own.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Disagree

Chemical abortion drugs should meet safety standards and reporting protocols just like all other legal drugs.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Anytime someone wants to get one before the 21st week of pregnancy.

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

No.

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

Cut 30% out of the federal budget while auditing the ultra-wealthy, those with over $50 million in net worth.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Disagree

What is unfair is that college tution has outpaced inflation since the 1980s when higher education started to be strongly promoted in high schools.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

Yes

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

That the United States of America will not establish a National religion and organized religion should stay out of politics. There are over 200 recognized religions in our Union and one is no more important than another when creating legislation.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Neutral

Individuals and businesses do not require a morality and/or religious beliefs test of every customer that they interact with, so impossing theirs based on the look of a customer or the type of cake a customer wants should not be occurring when open to the public.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

For government and schools, under the same circumstances that have been around since the 19th century, public safety. Private sector employers can decide on their own.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Every citizen should be covered by universal health insurance and Medicare would be the best way to go since the infrastructure is already established, so expanding it would be more effiecient than creating a whole new system. Private health insurance will always be an option for those that can afford it.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

I will go with B as it stands for now.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Our relationship with Israel is important. It is a republic and as such should be supported by other republics in order to keep autocracies and dictatorships limited.

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

Presidents lying.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Agree

It all comes down to funding.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those that choose to and through proper procedure.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Disagree

Vocher programs are 21st century segragation. If you cannot afford private school, then home school your children or send them to public schools. As a whole charter schools perform the same as public schools. One just makes profit for a minority, while the other doesn't.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Unless the Federal government takes full responsibility for K12 education it should stay out of it completely. The only thing the Federal government should be concerned with is that all students have equal access to a K12 public education.

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Disagree

Marriage does not involve god(s) in all cultures and since govenment has chosen to recognize cultural marriages then same sex marriages should be legal.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Disagree

Children are vulnerable members of society that must be protected from abuse and genital mutilation, female and male circumcision.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in humanity and our spread through the Universe, otherwise known as a Judeo-Christian without the God.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Agree

No state requires residents to have photo identification. Forcing citizens to have one in order to vote is a poll tax.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Agree

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that SOME institutions and laws in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Choose not to answer

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

Man ENHANCED climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action in order to protect Liberty for our Posterity.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

A combination of solar and geothermal.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Liberal

I am open to new ideas which makes me liberal. Bigotry really has no place in politics.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity all the while providing for a common defense.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Agree

The seats should match the number of district courts, 13.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Agree

I believe that as crime is reduced, funds should be moved to other programs to strengthen communities.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Since the National Guard was established as our well regulated Militia, the general population should not be sold any more automatic or semi-automatic firearms. We have shown time and time again our lack of responsibility.
