The usurpation of humans with power. A three-tiered balanced government was an attempt at stopping one aspect of government from running rampant over the people as history has so clearly taught us it will if not limited.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was raised to be a church going, God fearing person. Today, I instill those same values on my children. I believe that salvation is more personal than collective. Because of this belief, I cannot, in good conscience, tell other people to adopt my personal religious values as their own. I expect the same treatment from others. I believe that the foundation of society is the family unit, and when the family fails, there is no government policy that can compensate. Many of the problems we have in our society stem from the failure of the family. I believe that government's primary job is to protect the rights that have been bestowed by our Creator.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Keeping more money in the private sector would bring down unemployment. Much of the money taken by any government is subject to waste. If the money is allowed to stay in the private sector, there would be more capital for investing which spurs jobs and growth.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would advocate for people to choose coverage plans that are right for them. People should be permitted to buy plans across state lines. The only coverage people should have to have is catastrophic coverage. All other healthcare plans should be customer friendly with many choices and options.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
I adhere to the Austrian School of Economics that states that an economy is best served when the government has no say in how it is run. History has taught that government controlled economies are a disaster and there is no evidence that moderating control is a best case scenario. The economies of the world with the highest rate of growth, all things considered, are the economies in which the government has no mandate to assist in boosting the economy.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a teacher who has seen with my own eyes the inefficiencies of the public school system. With my experience as an educator, I am well equipped to fix our education system. As a United States Marine, I am well acquainted with being a good leader and a good follower. I know how to get the job done, think quickly and understand and respect authority and the dignity that this office holds. I am a husband and father of 3. Doing this job right means doing it right for my family as well as the families of Washington State I have a Bachelors of Science in Evolutionary Biology. I have a Masters of Arts in Mathematics Education.
