OTHER INFORMATION
QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Based on my catholic beliefs medical operations such as the removal of a cancerous uterus or the removal of an ectopic pregnancy are moral and not considred abortions
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I support efforts to eliminate Personal Property Taxes and State Income Tax or just going to a flat tax. In the meantime, I am open to reviewing levy limits, the expenditure restraint program, and education aid formulas to ensure that there is fairness so that local needs are met when distributing state aids.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Zero dollars to planned parenthood, No funding for CRT related teachings in the K-12 class room and continuing education or for CRT teacher training.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None. Doing so is a violation of our right to freedom of religion.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. Medicaid and Medicare should remain available. No other taxpayer-funded programs including Medicaid Expansion are necessary
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Strengthen border security, stricter vetting processes, and enforce the laws and policies that are already in place.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Only verified asylum seekers and refugees or someone who makes a conscious decision to leave their home and move to the U.S, with the intention of living here legally. They all must follow the legal naturalization process to become a U.S. citizen.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I support funding all forms of education, not just public schools but private, charter, and home schools with voucher programs and tax credits. All parents should have the right to choose where they send their children to get the best education possible.
Parents are the primary stakeholders in their children's education.
Strongly Agree
Parents have been ignored by our public schools for too long. That's why I authored AB 963. This bill establishes a legal standard for state infringement on fundamental rights of parents and guardians, explicitly establishes a number of parental and guardian rights relating to a child's religion, medical care and records, and education, and creates a cause of action for the violation of these rights. Only a Republican Governor or veto proof majorities can make these law in Wisconsin.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
No student at any level should ever be taught that one race or sex is inherently superior to another. I authored AB 413 to prevent anti-racism and anti-sexism student instruction at universities and tech colleges. Students and professors can still have an open dialog on any issues while maintaining academic freedom. I supported Assembly Bills 411 & 414 preventing teaching of racial and sexual stereotyping and other components of Marxism in K-12 classrooms & training for Gov. employees.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Roman Catholic and follow the spiritual beliefs that were instilled in me by my parents and Catholic grade shool teachings. I received my K-8 education at St. Killian catholic grade school in Hartford, Wisconsin and am a member of St. Peter's Catholic church in Slinger, Wisconsin. I am a common sense every day person, conservative in nature who is pro-life with strong family values.
Marriage between one man and one woman and the families they form are the foundation of civilization and are fundamental to the well-being and prosperity of Wisconsin.
Strongly Agree
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Together with my assembly colleagues, we passed sixteen election integrity bills designed to make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat. I authored two bills, AB 201 and AB 999. AB 201 makes a number of changes to the laws relating to absentee ballots in Wisconsin. This bill addresses 1 - Applications for absentee ballots 2 - Automatic receipt of absentee ballots 3 - Photo ID requirements for absentee voters 4 - Prevents unsolicited mailing or transmission of absentee ballot applications and absentee ballots 5 - Notices concerning the canvass of absentee ballots. AB 999 relates to absentee ballot applications, unsolicited mailing or transmission of absentee ballot applications and absentee ballots, secure delivery of absentee ballots, canvassing absentee ballots, voter registration requirements, electronic voter registration, and providing a penalty with jail time to the offenders . The only way these bills can become law is with a Republican Governor or veto proof majorities in the Assembly and Senate.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes. Racism is one way of destroying our freedom by allowing socialist ideologies to infiltrate our government and eventually remove our individual rights to “life, iberty and the pursuit of happiness”.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A.) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
I firmly believe that the general purpose of government is to provide the parameters for everyday behavior of its citizens, provide essential services, protect them from outside interference, and provide for their well-being and happiness.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

I am someone who advocates for common sense legislation that protects our valued principals.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
While I agree mental health and community programs need funding those funds need to come from somewhere else. I strongly oppose redirecting funds from police departments. DEFEND the police not DEFUND the police.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I am opposed to any additional gun ownership restrictions to what are already in place.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
