I have been involved in my community since I was 16 years old, which included being politically involved with the Republican Party. Being Cuban and having fled from my native country because of a communist (that started as socialist) government - I vowed to always stand for the principles that make the United State of America my home and the place I consider to be the greatest nation on this Earth.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Creating more jobs. Giving people a purpose.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would allow for a marketplace to create healthy competition and make it more accessible for all. TeleMedicine is a phenomenal way to expand medicine accessibility.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Creating more jobs and tax programs that encourage companies to invest in our economy.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Juris Doctor. I have been involved in public service since I was 16 years old in the community I want to represent now. I have also worked in this community for elected officials. I attended the local schools and am familiar with the needs of this community.
