QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Life begins at conception and killing a human being is murder.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
There is and never should be a provision for the funding of murder by government. Healthcare providers that serve in institutions that do receive Title X Grants are specifically barred from referring patients for abortion care by law as it stands today. Given the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson overturning Roe and Casey it is clear that federal funds have no place in abortion. Likewise I do not support any Wisconsin governmental agency providing funding to abortion providers.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I do not and will not support any law that effectively would purport to act in the place of God when the end of life comes. I support the giving of care that provides for the comfort of men and women who are at the end of their life on this earth. It is the determinate order of God that determines when a person’s life is over. Reference 2nd Esdras chapter 7, verse 78 (World English Bible and Apochrypha).
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The first amendment of the constitution provides for there being no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The highest law of the land specifically provides for the free exercise of a person’s religious beliefs. For that reason no law may be made causing people to violate their religious beliefs. Reference Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The first amendment of the constitution provides for there being no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. There for there is no, or zero basis for government to close any church.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
This is not a physical war, but it is a spiritual war. We must not attempt to face this head on, but we have to educate the population on the real issues facing the world. Islamic Terrorism is a battle for the definition of law and order in the world today. It is God's Law vs Man's Law. we have to change the heart of man in order to address the ideological expression of order. There is a physical component to the battle, but the heart of man must change first.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. A great portion of our population today has paid into the Medicare and Medicaid programs and as such they have an absolute right to the benefits promised them for the mandated contributions they were required to pay into the programs by law. This especially pertains to our elder population who are not in a position to have their healthcare upended from them during the retirement years of their lives. The government has a responsibility to keep its end of the bargain for the monies paid in by this population. However, it is also apparent that the base of finances going into the programs of Medicare and Medicaid are shrinking. For this reason we must look for a better way forward that equitably addresses the existing contributions of younger taxpayers who have contributed to these programs and ultimately creates a healthcare system where each one is responsible for their own healthcare while delivering on the promises made to those who have paid into the current programs. I am committed to working toward creating healthcare that is equitable with charity where charity is needed. By becoming responsible for our own healthcare it will cause each of us to guard, preserve, and appreciate the health given to us by God, the creator of all mankind.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The fourth amendment of the constitution provides for the right of the people to be secure in their persons which shall not be violated. There is nothing in the constitution provides any jurisdiction over our person. To be secure in one’s person is the ability to decide when and if to allow any substance into our person. Therefore there is no basis for the government or any organ of the state to require vaccinations of any type.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I believe we need to address the issue of taxation to fund programs that are not approved by the people. I would propose we start with zero based budgeting first and form most to develop a spending plan that creates competition for wise stewardship of the funds that are collected by the government. The Purpose of Government is to protect the inalienable rights that are given by God to the people. If we keep this in mind we will change the conversation about how we the people are taxed.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I believe we have an overabundance of facility maintenance programs in our state government currently. If we were to look at the spending on buildings alone we could substantially decrease the burden placed on the people to sustain government. Secondly, we have to address our health care spending costs. I have a proposal to fundamentally transform our healthcare expenses in the state of Wisconsin to save individuals and the state Billions of dollars in insurance costs for prescription drugs.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
I believe that education is a transfer of knowledge, but we have allowed the so called "public education system" to be co-opted by the men and women who are not concerned with educating our children, but instead are more interested in altering the fabric of our society. We must return to a basic model of education which will focus on factual transfer of knowledge and then we can address further funding models as well as future plans.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States of America establishes that “The Congress shall have the Power To…” and further states in clause 4 “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization,…”. Therefore it is the power of the legislation to establish laws governing immigration and naturalization which are currently codified under Title 8, U.S.C. chapters 12 and 13, and Title 18, U.S.C., Part I, chapter 69. These laws created by Congress are what govern immigration in the United States and establish who may be allowed to immigrate and the circumstances under which they are allowed to immigrate. These laws were created to serve We the People of the United States, not anyone, under any circumstance they desire, to be granted citizenship to the United States of America. But today we find ourselves having forgotten who We the People are and there is cry among some people for these laws to be changed. There is a process for those laws to be changed and it is through the Congress comprised of men and women who have sworn an oath to uphold the constitution as stated in Article I, Section 8. That is the process I will support and uphold as my oath of office will be to protect, defend, and uphold the constitution.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I absolutely support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools. These provisions are critical to the ability of parents to be in a position to make the best choices for their children as they see fit. Children are first and foremost the product of their parents, and not the state, parents must have the ability to act in the best interest of their children.
Parents are the primary stakeholders in their children's education.
Strongly Agree
As children are the product of their parents and not the state, parents are absolutely the primary stakeholders in their children’s lives, education, and all things that pertain to their children.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
While mental health issues are endemic to criminal actions these days and society does need to better provide for this issue, it should not and must not be at the expense of law enforcement budgets. Police departments in general operate on shoestring budgets having to deal with issues daily that most citizens cannot comprehend, much less cope with. Defunding the police will only serve to place communities at greater risk for destabilization.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Manufacturers and dealers didn’t cause injury to the victims and families of victims. The violence and injuries are caused by a perpetrator who with intent used a gun in the commission of a crime. I have never once observed a gun become violent, but I have observed people act in violence. Society has created this nonsensical term “gun violence” because they refuse to blame the perpetrator. Dealers and manufacturers do not control the malefactors using guns, nor are they responsible.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The responsibility of each one of us to protect and manage what God has given us. The role of government is to create an environment where the individual can thrive in this country secure in the knowledge that their rights and liberties guaranteed under the constitution are upheld by those who govern and that their voice is heard by those who serve in office.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
1. Returning the voice of the people back to the people by commitment to being their servant in office, not the servant of special interests. In order that the will of the people goes forth. 2. Restoring integrity to the elections process in Wisconsin by putting forth legislation to make the elections process be defined in eight words; in person; on paper; hand counted; one day. If we implement this simple process into our voting system, it will minimize the ways by which "irregularities" can be introduced. Voting is the most sacred aspect of a constitutional republic. If we cannot secure this process; then, we have no freedom. 3. Honoring our God given and constitutionally enshrined second amendment right which protect each and every other right we have as human beings and citizens. Doing this by putting forth legislation for constitutional carry in Wisconsin.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
That the Bible is the infallible word of God to man and Jesus Christ is the savior that God provided for mankind that whosoever believes in Him as the scriptures have said will be saved.
Marriage between one man and one woman and the families they form are the foundation of civilization and are fundamental to the well-being and prosperity of Wisconsin.
Strongly Agree
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Restoring integrity to the elections process in Wisconsin by putting forth legislation to make the elections process be defined in eight words; in person; on paper; hand counted; one day. If we implement this simple process into our voting system, it will minimize the ways by which "irregularities" can be introduced. Voting is the most sacred aspect of a constitutional republic. If we cannot secure this process; then, we have no freedom.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is anathema to all security for all people. God who created all the heavens, earth, and the seas and all that is in them has never referred to people within the bible in terms of their race. Rather He has only referred to them by nationality. If God Himself never evaluated a man on the basis of race; how then will it profit any person, nation, or people to act in terms of race? As there is no profit to anyone to act in terms of race or racism, it, racism, is an existential threat to all people’s domestic security.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. Having grown up on a farm, I understand the responsibility of each one of us to protect and manage the environment and resources God has given us. The role of government is to create an environment where the individual can thrive in this country. We can do this by encouraging and incentivizing each person to protect our resources. It is not good business or wise to destroy what God Himself has provided. It is necessary to remember that God placed every living thing in it under the dominion of man. Therefore it is man’s responsibility to care for the earth in such a manner as to cause life God created to be fruitful and multiply. Good commerce naturally supports the creation and it should be the goal of all to treat those resources that drive our businesses with the conservation and respect they are due. That said, laws regulating the environment and resources are necessary because not all men are good stewards of the resources given by God. Those resources not having been given for enrichment of a few or special interests, necessitates regulation. But that regulation must needs be limited to the least amount necessary to protect the environment so as not to stifle the economy and welfare of the people. Such laws should be created such that they incentivize people and industry to guard and protect the resources we have been blessed with.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
