Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am not opposed to a very narrow exception for the life of the mother.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Man is flawed and sinful. Separation of powers ensures that we don't have a monarchy type system.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am Catholic and strongly believe that our Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lower taxes, reduce regulations, and increase spending on infrastructure.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I’m a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Florida native, and proud American. I received a J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where I graduated with Military Distinction. I’ve worked with and for General Officers, CEOs, fighter pilots, police officers, and astronauts in high-profile, high-pressure situations for 24 years. I've was assigned to 6 different states and 4 different countries during my career and deployed multiple times in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM, where I advised aircrews during real-time strikes of terrorist targets. I'm now a commercial litigation attorney and small business owner. I'm also a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity and the Sarasota Republican Club, and the President of the School Board of Saint Martha Catholic School. I'm also a member of the Military Officers Association and Sarasota and Manatee Chambers of Commerce.
