As Florida's most outspoken opponent of abortion, I proudly voted in favor of CS/HB 5 Reducing Fetal & Infant Mortality (15-week abortion ban). I have been a sponsor of the Heartbeat Bill each year since being elected to the Florida State Legislature in 2018, and now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned by the Supreme Court I'm calling for a special session of the Florida Legislature to finally pass this legislation, prohibiting the abortion of a fetus after a heartbeat is detected.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

I'm an America-First Republican and a veteran. As a member of the Florida State Legislature I've been a strong ally to Gov. Ron DeSantis. Together we've banned Critical Race Theory, shut down Sanctuary Cities, kicked men out of girl's sports and fought back against woke corporations. We need Republicans who will fight the Radical Democrats and win. And now I'm running for Congress to make America more like Florida. My legislative priorities are: Ban Big Tech censorship. Prevent election fraud. End illegal immigration. Protect the 2nd Amendment. Ban trans men from women's sports. Create term limits for EVERY politician.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
There should be no restrictions. I believe in the literal interpretation of the Second Amendment: "...the right of people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." As a Florida State Representative I have introduced Constitutional Carry bills every year since I was elected in 2018. Only hardened repeat criminals should lose their constitutional right to own guns.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
