What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Increase vocational schools so students who are not college bound can graduate with an increased potential of being hired into that field of training; President Trump has decreased the corporate tax rate which will enable businesses to grow and hire; decrease regulations that prevent businesses like small farmers from expanding and purchasing more properties
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Support President Trump’s new plan which allows small businesses to join together in purchasing plans; also State wide support Nurse Practice Act empowering ARNPs to provide basic health screenings; take more oversight of Medicaid And it’s facikities as it could take a patient 3 months to receive an apppointment; there needs to be a time frame set for reasonable wait time and then again utilize more ARNPs as an alternative to seeing physician for basic health issues
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
It’s a free market, not government responsibility except in the sense of reducing the regulation that hinder the free market and in ensuring there is not a monopoly which would prevent small businesses from entering the market. As government provides the legal framework it should also not over regulate; prices are determined by supply and demand, local governments adjust tax rates and also offer tax free days
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have been involved in this community for several years discussing the every day issues affecting the residents; as a conservative for liberty, I study the Constitution and believe that we need fighters in Tallahassee that actually represent the constituents; I’ve been preparing for public service for many years as a nurse and humanitarian. I volunteered for this Country and was willing to go to war for it! As a nurse, we write policy, deal with budgets and find creative means to save on capital or process. As a nurse, I use focus PDCA models in problem solving and have great interpersonal and team building skills. I’ve been a leader in the operating room for many years and was also a leader in the Army Reserves.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I love animals and live on a farm where I have adopted and trained mustangs from the Bureau of Land Mgmt. and rescued thoroughbreds off the tract; I have a heart for abused animals and I believe that abusers of animals should spend time in jail. I also want to end common core by revising the Florida Standards and teach civil governments in every stage of education. I believe that we need to protect our springs in central Florida; I would love to champion legislation to enable veterans foster care program and let’s think outside the box and create an elder care foster program where many elders will not be housed in Nursing Homes-a wish list of mine!
