Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only if, under a doctors opinion that the life of the mother is at risk. I believe that the Mother, Doctor, and Pastor or Priest should be involved in this decision.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
We should use extreme vetting for foreigners entering our Country. We need to secure our borders and use every means possible to keep people from sneaking in. Keep up our intelligence efforts in the middle east, and take appropriate actions when terrorists are located.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Founding Fathers realized that our rights come from God and not Government, So the Constitution was written to reinforce those rights, and keep Government out of our lives as much as possible.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that God created Heaven and Earth and Man and Woman. I believe that Jesus Christ, the Son, is the way. I try to keep the same values that Jesus taught.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I believe the Government wastes way to much or OUR money, and needs to scale back a great deal. We should have a Balanced Budget Amendment. The Government should stay within the bounds of the Constitution, as most issues are States Rights issues
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would like to see the Federal Government stay out of health care except for Medicaid as a safety net for the disadvantaged, and Medicare with a few changes. If the Government would allow Insurance Companies to work across State lines, the cost would come down to where most families could afford it. There are some new programs such as the Epiphany program. Where adults can have full primary care with necessary labs, for as little as $60.00 per month. This program has real potential.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The Government should not pick winners and losers, but promote an environment that promotes business. Then let the Market go to work and the economy will take care of itself.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
For the most part, individuals should be able to file a simple tax return on one page or less. Only businesses and corporations would need to have a slightly more complex return. Loopholes need to be eliminated, and the tax rates need to come down lower. Reducing the size of the IRS should also happen.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Again, lowering taxes will be a big boost, as of right now, we are in pretty good shape on unemployment. Teach skilled trades in High School and Colleges. This will help more than any other single item. TRAINING !
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I think the first thing to do is get Social Security funds out of the general budget, and get back to the original program of keeping SS monies in a separate account. Quit using Social Security for immigrants, legal or not. We should NOT be paying any foreigners Social Security Benefits.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My nearly 10 years in the Military, with almost 4 years in Vietnam, most of which was in combat, along with my business experience, has taught me how the real world operates. I am a Christian, a retired Businessman, Husband, and Father. I know how to stand my ground when necessary, and how to compromise when needed. And I feel I have a great deal of Common Sense.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I plan on being back in the district when Congress is not in session. I want help " drain the swamp " and generally try to clean up the mess. I want to change the way that the Veterans Administration treats our Veterans. After All, if it were not for our incredible Veterans, we would not be America.
