I would introduce a bill that would stop the Social Security system from being a slush fund for any other program. Nancy Pelosi and Obama tapped into SS to fund Obamacare. My bill would stop ANY use of SS to fund others Period.

I'll support reform of how legislation is submitted and brought to the floor. "PORK" programs added to Emergency/disaster legislation will NOT be supported, each bill must stand on its own. Example- the COVID response bills for stimulus and business/paycheck protections had pork programs for abortion /Kennedy center/Planned Parenthood Frivolous University research- that money must go human/environmental, etc. added value knowledge

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
As directed in the Constitution and the Federalist Papers. The term "separation of church and state" means to me that the Government will not force its citizens in the direction of one set belief and will not make America one religion. Also, I believe that Government should not totally disband the practice of any religion within the confines of a government-supported facility ( ie: schools. If a person wants to pray at school it should not be frowned upon. It should not be mandatory, as well, and not be restricted to one religion.

Allowing cross-state border competition( free market) will increase options, create competition to lower prices, and I will submit a bill to eliminate using Social Security and Medicare as a "Slush fund" ( as what it was used for during the Obama Administration, at the beginning of Obamacare) as it is currently used to fund unnecessary programs and money grabs. Torte reform will be a must, as many frivolous lawsuits drive the cost of healthcare higher, and create a system of diminished care, as Doctors and health care professionals are reluctant to expand their care for fear of being sued.
NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
To start; eliminate domestic or foreign terrorism as simply a crime- make it an act of war against our country. Enhance the sharing of information between federal/ state/and local agencies so that nothing can "slip through the cracks". The same for visa security coordination (State and Homeland security). This can be accomplished as well by rededicating our country's defenses to support terrorism fighting tools and deterring threats before they can materialize and come to fruition. "Follow the money". Terrorism does not fund itself. Finding the core funding and machine behind the terrorists can help to eliminate them. I have authored a series of books on preparing for terrorism and biological terrorism.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

I'm a retired firefighter, Veteran of the 101st Airborne, and the President of the 101st Airborne Association in Florida. I am a strong Patriot, supporting our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, and our system of free-market commerce. I stand with President Trump, and I will fight to ensure that ALL Americans can enjoy "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness".
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Felons should be restricted. Maintain the ban on fully automatic/Machine guns that was imposed in the 1930s, unless one has a Title 3 permit from the ATF. Other than that, we must adhere to the 2nd Amendment "The right to bear arms shall not be infringed."

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
#1- Eliminating Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid as slush funds, They shall be used for no other purposes other than expressly intended- to help secure an added value at retirement and provide quality healthcare to those that are Ameican citizens and paid into the system. #2- National Reciprocity of the Second Amendment for legal concealed permit holders. #3- With the increase in election fraud and so many ways to vote, a "purge'. Every 4 years, the year prior to the Presidential election, the voter rolls should be "purged ". This will eliminate deceased, transferred, moved and change of party voters, so double or multiple (from same address) votes can be cast.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It is- now. Prior to the last 10 years racism WAS diminishing, however, under the present environment racism has come to the forefront with the George Floyd murder. However, racism has been escalated through partisan programs and policies pushed along by media hype and sensationalism.
