I voted in these primaries and general elections:

2010 General Election, 2012 General Election, 2016 General Election, 2016 Republican Primary

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro-life personally, but I do not believe in imposing my own religious views upon others by force of law.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

President Trump and Secretary Mattis are doing an excellent job combatting terrorist groups like ISIS, I trust their judgment to make the right decisions to completely defeat those groups, and I support giving the men and women of our armed forces the tools they need to do so.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

They understood how monarchy and totalitarianism worked all too well, and made sure our country had every safeguard in place to ensure that the blessings of liberty and prosperity were secured for all in a Constitutional Republic.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Conservative Jew.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I consider myself a “Conservatarian” - Consistent with my belief in individual liberty and limited government, I am conservative on economic issues and stand in the side of the individual on social issues. How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I’m open to any reasonable solution, but I believe that eliminating regulations and mandates that drive up prices, allowing cooperative groups to purchase health insurance, and opening the market across State lines will be most efective.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Eliminate big crony capitalist giveaways and subsidies to big businesses, instead spread the tax savings to ALL.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

It should be revised to be less harsh on people who pay high and local state taxes such as New Jersey, while those states work to reduce those taxes, and it should give those states incentives to do so. There should be a shift away from taxing income and property towards taxing consumption where practicable.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Eliminate regulations, eliminate the skill gaps between available jobs and workers by reforming the education system to increase availability and quality of vocational and technical paths for students.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Balance the federal budget, control spending, promote job growth so people pay into the system.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am a practicing attorney for 12 years, a small business owner, a husband and father of 3 children ages 9, 6, and 3 who greatly care about the future of our State and nation. I decided to run for Congress for no other reason than to improve people’s lives.
