QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Agree

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you..."

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Agree

Beware of perverted science (knowledge).

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Rape, incest, and life of the mother. Distinct from financial responsibility. I believe it a moral decision, not to be justified through politics, so uphold the Hyde Amendment. But set free from a tainted conscience, if any, by the Spirit of Jesus. Well intended human statutes and other efforts may help cope with the tragedy of an aborted life, but not to live truly free afterwards. But fire of the Holy Spirit on guilt, if any, or addiction, the desire even, for life, liberty and the pursuit.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Disagree

Not too much government, please. Government should not be involved (Uphold the Hyde Amendment). Only the parents, their physician, and the Creator.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Agree

Interstate commerce is federally regulated.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

Not too much government, please. Moreover, in our nation religious belief is a constitutionally protected political right. One law with liberty and justice for all. No protected classes, please.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

No religious pre-requisite for an official position. Our greatest Amendment is the First. However, not all philosophies are compatible with American values of liberty and justice and there can not be a First without the Second Amendment. Reason why totalitarians (communist and fascist nations alike) had established gun control to begin with, to obtain total political control for a God-less government under an oligarchy (politburo) or a tyrant, respectively.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

A. Slavery anywhere is a threat to freedom everywhere.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

The Communist Manifesto, a roadmap to total - 100% - government political control, is an infringement on the U.S. Bill of Rights (Constitutionally protected personal political freedoms). We should not take political freedom (America) for granted.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

According to Scripture, blessings to gentiles come through the children of Israel (the Son of man included). This is basic to the free world.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Agree

It goes against one's own conscience to coerce by violence and intimidation, to steal, murder, and destroy. So there is no excuse for such behavior, whether extremely religious or extremely political.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C. I appreciate the safety net, and without an overbearing administration enough physicians will be available again to treat patients.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Disagree

We need more healings, not more control. (Do you want to be healed?)

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Agree

Not too much government please. Good citizens are the riches of a nation, but communism is hostile to capitalism (abolish private property; gov't control of communication, personal mobility, labor, education, industry, agriculture, etc. for total domination). Nonetheless, capital rules everywhere, to settle trade. But prosperity requires free people, free markets, and limited control. Our youth to have learned that as part of useful education.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Disagree

Everyone should pay the same percentage of their increase. Also, the sum of all your taxes (real estate/local, regional, state, federal, supra-national), fees (DMV, water bill, etc), ballot measures (the cost of gov't bonds), tolls, other regulatory measures, may weigh over 40%, if not even more. It took about 100 years to get here, but do not stay on a road to serfdom. Change your mind, re-direct the trend, and reduce gov't weight during the next 100 years to 8.5% with constitutional statutes.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Zero-base budgeting in the three branches of our government: No auto-renewals of expenditures, especially in their departments and agencies. 2. Maintain DOGE and encourage states to use a similar tool: Efficiency and effectiveness are moral bases of any government. 3. Fewer and smaller omnibus bills, none of which to contain controversial expenditures. (Are omnibus bills not unconstitutional anyway?).

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Main condition: Any one who pledges allegiance to the flag of the United States, the freedoms on which its stands. Other conditions: 2. Two sponsors 3. Not expected to depend on the government for making a living (has or is expected to obtain or create a private sector job) 4. Whose life is in danger for political or religious persecution (Refugees). Worldwide record number of refugees is witness to malfunctioning of the United Nations Organization. Visitors: Visas at discretion State Dept.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Disagree

One law for all. No exceptions. (No respecter of persons.) Sanctuary cities and states are unconstitutional. Instead, work with State Dept to issue worker-visas where appropriate. Not too much government, please.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Rather, to schoolboards and their counties. Re-direct investments to teachers, students, and classrooms, from administration, other overhead, and control.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Agree

and allegiance to our flag a pre-requisite for any teacher in our education system, please. Temporary exceptions for foreign faculty at discretion of State Department.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Disagree

That is, a responsibility to prosecute criminals (public safety), not to replace the parents. Punish criminals and reward victims, not the other way around. Properly functioning courts are essential for legal safety and legal predictability, the pursuit of justice.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. This is a constitutionally protected right. The Second Amendment uninfringed is essential for keeping the First Amendment (freedom of religion, speech, press, peaceful assembly, and to petition the Government). But what happened to one Oregon lawman needed for a rowdy crowd. Also, a district attorney should not be permitted (by our Judiciary, preferably) to use a political agenda with prosecutorial discretion, by not prosecuting public safety offenders and property crimes, for examples.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Agree

and identity theft.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

How else can one explain the miraculous beauty of a woman with child, and the human spirit. Calling or rather screaming to be free first thing during/after birth. A Christian marriage is a covenant, which requires a sacrifice (of self, not of its fruit-the blessing).

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Fear God as the creator (the Alpha) and overall judge (Omega), and love neighbor as oneself. That is, follow Jesus (his name), the Almighty, in his Spirit with Scripture His roadmap. Scripture is truth interwoven with world history, unlike a philosophy, unrelated to human experience (could have been dreamed up any day). "God created man is His image, in the image of God He created him; male and female. He created them." To bear in mind when dealing with others, and face hostility rather than condoning wrongdoing. On the cross, Jesus did not turn the other cheek either, but set His face like a flint. To set us free out of love for you and me. For freedom.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Energy is essential for economic prosperity, so we should diversify all energy sources with only a few government regulations and subsidies, so that free markets are the mechanism for optimal energy provision.
