Restrictions on gun ownership are not the cure for public safety. Lack of rule of law, law and order, and Illegal/"ghost"/stolen weapons in the hands of criminals who need to pull the trigger are the greatest problem and concern, not the guns themselves...
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
