I believe the only area where there might be a possibility is if the mothers life is in danger. This would be a case by case basis and I would input that great exhausted effort must be placed on saving both lives before making a life ending decision.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

I firmly believe radical Islam is not just a religion but a political system. Therefore such beliefs are a threat to the U.S and the constitution.

Their faith and life experience from the tyrannical government they freed themselves. They knew what a corrupt government was capable of and guarded this nation from it with the constitution.
