Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am morally opposed to abortion on religious grounds and do not support any form of abortion at taxpayer expense. Furthermore, I believe all abortions over 18 weeks of gestation should be permanently banned, even by private providers, except in the extremely rare case of saving the mothers life. Otherwise, I believe the government has limited ability to exercise authority over private citizens making personal decisions at their own expense even though others may find their decisions abhorrent.

I am a Christian who values the teachings of Christ and has devoted a large portion of my life to working with disadvantaged youth through coach sports and teaching leadership by example.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would open the health insurance market up across state lines, allow consumers to tailor plans as they deem suited to their own risk and place caps on mail-practice litigation to reduce costs.. I also support block granting Medicaid funds back to the individual states and letting each determine how to best serve their low income and indigent population.

None. Taxes and regulation should both be cut and the government should get out of the way of America’s greatest economic engine which is the private sector!

I am personally in favor of one single level of flat tax and simplifying the filing of taxes down to a single page with the only deductions being for dependent children.

I have successfull started multiple businesses employing hundreds of people over two decade and served as a Turlock City Councilmember where I was the principal financial architect that developed the funding for the Turlock Regional Industrial Park. The area is now supporting thousands of high-paying jobs for residents in our region.
