The religious right has failed to obtain a constitutional amendment extending equal protection to a fetus. By the constitution, the federal government has no business in procreation rights. States reserve powers over social affairs does allow state to control abortion as the voters deem fit. This flies in the face of Doctor's office privacy under federal constitutional law. Federal government has no business in the doctor's office. States regulate the medical profession and social issues. Thus the conflict between states rights and federal privacy, and that is left to the Supreme Court to decide. Abortion is sin, but I am not running for Pope. The Constitution is supreme, and thus I would protect privacy, until the supreme court says that states reserve powers can regulate abortion.

The United States should not allow those who are subversive to liberties and freedoms of the US Constitution to immigrate into the US. As a senator, the US Constitution must be defended at all costs. Abolish child mutilations, its called mayhem. We are in a classic contest between collective totalitarianism and Individual Freedom. Freedom won the day in 1776. Totalitarians have the upper hand in 2018. Constitutional distributive low-cost health care clinics as part of robust states rights social service safety nets would solve the national health care problem. Its actually the only way to do so. The federal government has no business perpetuating national socialism that eventually corrupts everything it touches. The states are well equipped to support seniors and poor individuals through state level social security and medical care as part of providing necessary safety nets. We now have a corrupt bifurcated system of federal socialism and states safety nets. The federal government should boost the economy by eliminating wealth transfers inherent in the fiat currency regime & debt based currency, through a monetary reset, debt jubilee, government reforms, with the elimination of DC corruption. If you balance the budget immediately, economy tanks. Federal Government is trapped in debt, the banking cabal enslaving us all. A monetary reset is needed, including a debt jubilee and government reforms. Otherwise, kick the can with deficit spending until implosion, as President Trump just did signing the Omnibus bill. Debt is going exponential, with GW 4T$ deficits, BHO 8T$ deficits, and DT prospective 16T$ deficits over his 8 years, unless DT is smart enough to fix the problem. I perceive DT as honest and highly intelligent, but wonder if he knows how to fix DC. Time will tell, but I have a strong desire to work with democrats & republicans to help DT fix DC and end our enslavement to debt and oppressive income taxes, and our increasing poverty

The tax code should be changed from income tax to sales tax. Thus, taxation is somewhat voluntary, income is not penalized, but green peace is enhanced penalizing consumption, while all pay their fair share to support at least minimum government. Its called a WIN WIN. We should make tax payments effectively voluntary, pay and forget at point of sale, for maximizing our liberties from government, while providing a necessary tax stream for funding at least minimum government. The Green Peace aspect of sales taxes will do more for green peace voluntarily than a million totalitarian EPA regulations.

We must eliminate hidden wealth transfers from poor to rich and eliminate DC corruption, enslaving us all as tax mules, perpetual debtors and state dependents, for promoting robust capitalistic economic prosperity for increasing tax collections for funding necessary government functions, such as infrastructure builds. There is absolutely no doubt, that, supply-demand price-discovery capitalistic economies are the best and only means of raising the indigent and working poor out of poverty. All of our markets, currency, and government functions have been corrupted mostly through totalitarian globalists and their money influences over the last 100 years. I fear DC is so corrupted that implosion is the only way by crisis to create the political will to implement the necessary solutions. Seamless implementation of comprehensive solutions are needed.
