Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Under medical and social reasons
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
A strong military, strong local law enforcement agencies, with constant training and have the state of the art equipment and surveillance techniques. Have advisory boards with community members involved to get any sign of trouble. Court system should have adequate judges to settle cases quickly, with strong punishment to deter future perperators I think providing more education and opportunity to have employment, will deter these troublemakers. Also the US embassies overseas should do more to project the good image of the US, by advertising how caring and compassionate Americans are in providing help all over the world. We are the largest contributors to the United Nations and all its sub-agencies. We need to publicize more how good we Americans are!
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
When the powers are vested in one body, it becomes autocratic. Therefore, they wisely created the separation of powers between the executive, judiciary and the legislative bodies
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God, the Almighty and am tolerant of all religions. I believe in good values and morals. Charity begins at home. Thou shall not lie, cheat or steal. Respect the elders and provide a helping hand to those in need.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I believe in following the laws of United States on the books. We have to do the best for the benefit of our citizens. However, one has to revisit some of these issues, and see what is good for the benefit of the society at large. One has to be flexible with the times.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I will like to see the cost of healthcare monitored, and have transparency so one knows how much all procedures and drugs cost. I will create competition between different providers, so the cost comes down and so do the medical premiums for individuals and companies. Provide a way to lower malpractice insurance costs so more private practitioners can live the American dream of entrepreneurship and serve society with the zeal and passion the healthcare practitioners took their training to help society, and help themselves.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The US Govt has a lot of good programs thru the Department of Commerce, Small Business Administration and local state and county agencies to encourage entrepreneurship. Seventy percent or more of the jobs are created by small business. These programs have to be advertised more to the public. There should be constant training for employees to better serve the public, with rules and regulations. So compliances become easier, whether it is construction, manufacturing, etc. Basically, more businesses help the economy and provide better livelihood for all. Ofcourse, there are lot of other things like less taxation, tax credits for hiring new employees, smart growth of cities, with participation of all stake holders. Easier access of credit from banks, and other lending agencies.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
We in California have the highest state taxes, and I will like to see those lowered, and no more new taxes, such as the proposed 12.5 cents per gallon gas tax on the ballot. The federal tax has been lowered and one has to wait and see, when it is fully implemented the effects. We need to increase the take home pay of employees so they can have better living, and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Perhaps a tax credit for new hiring and creating new jobs, even a minimal amount will be a good gesture of Ca being a business friendly state.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Creating high paying jobs, in exciting industries such as aerospace, telecom, electronics, software development, research and development in medical fields, material sciences- with careers of the 21st century, while simultaneously nurturing and fulfilling the demands of traditional industries, such as construction and building trades. E.g. carpenter, plumber, air-condition mechanic, electrician, roofer, sheet-metal mechanics, machinists, welders to name a few. I happened to have done all these trades- by working in ship-building/aerospace/electronics/software by working for others and myself. I have created hundreds of jobs and know how to bring them back by working with different stake-holders.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
By creating high-paying jobs and more employment, money can be earned and spared for our retirees and recepients of social security. I will also be able to help cut the healthcare cost by billions- so the money can be used for social security shortfall, fill any gaps in defense budget and still have money to spare for other programs. So there will be surplus all around- new money from new industries and jobs, and then cutting down from any wastage, and being more prudent, discrete, frugal and efficient. California will be Golden again!!
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have been a advisor to four U.S Presidents/Administrations and represented the United States at the W.T.O in Geneva and European Union in Brussels. I have met and know members of Congress from both parties, the lobbyists, bureaucrats in Washington DC, and have extensively travelled overseas. I bring institutional knowledge on both domestic and foreign affairs. I understand geography and history of most places, and can help solve most of the problems without any cost to the US Treasury. In my careers, I had the opportunity to sell to people from all walks of life, industry, both local, state and federal governments. So I know the strengths, weakness of different stakeholders and what needs to be done to help them to help themselves. I have the knowledge, wisdom, experience, courage, integrity and am practical to be the next United States Senator from California.
E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I ask the voters to give me the opportunity to serve, just one term as your Senator by voting and electing me. I will help make the economy grow by creating high-paying export oriented jobs, which traditionally pay approx 15% more and other jobs, so everyone has the opportunity to be suitably employed. Provide and Retain social security and medicare benefits, with cost of living increases. Help reduce medical premiums. Help provide leadership in foreign affairs, so we bring all our troops based overseas back home, and yet still have the leverage overseas. It will save billions of dollars from the federal budget, which could be used for social programs or pay down our $21 trillion debt. Similar to the working of the East India company in the 19th century. Simultaneously, having pride and prestige overseas, like we had during the Marshall Plan and the PL-480 support in the 1950's. There are a lot of other domestic issues, and I will be happy to provide my plan. God Bless America!!
