Self Preservation

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am the grand-daughter of the Founder of Unity Temple C.O.G.I.C., where I attended since birth. I believe in God and loving my neighbor as myself. To all who know me, they know someone who is approachable, non judgmental, and someone they can depend on in ALL situations. No matter what time of night or day they come knocking, all know they will not be ignore. This isn't what I do, it's who I am.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Somewhat Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

We all need help throughout our lives. Help should be available when needed. The current aide systems in place were not created to sustain for life. Helping our neighbors & those in our community has to be a priority. If we are drowning ourselves, we can not help anyone else. This does not mean totally shut all other nations/people out. There has to be a balance. We know the help needed within our communities with all the many companies that closed.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

We need to strengthen small business with lower taxes; this would have a ripple effect with employment, spending, and economic growth!!I

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would reach out to the human resources departments in businesses, ascertain their formulas for healthcare prior to Obama Care, and use a combination of the best practices of both!!

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government should cater to small business. They are the back bones of most communities, and when they flourish their local communities thrive as well!!

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have seen life from a myriad of perspectives: 1) Single Mom 2) Married 3) Grandmother 4) Consumer Advocate 5) Youth Leader 6) Corporate Professional 7) Business Owner to name a few. I've always been informed, driven, social activist, and compassionate. I am a tax payer and person who cares about where I live and society as a whole. Most of my achievements have been behind the scene. I love people and care about what's best for everyone. We're at a "Crossroad", our children and grandchildren will pay the price for what we do today.
