Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None. I believe that we should help the mother during pregnancy, and the mother and her child after pregnancy. I work with pro-life women's health centers to ensure that happens. I also believe that, if absolutely necessary, we should default to adoption to prevent abortion.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
First, use of the military should not be a first resort, but only a last resort. Second, fight the terrorists overseas before they get to U.S. soil. Third, utilize military and intelligence resources in a way that counters radical Islamic terrorists. Fourth, any use of the military must be limited; not designed to fight foreign civil wars (or other countries' conflicts) and through the use of the Constitution.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our Founding Fathers knew man is not perfect; that man is subject to commit acts of wrongdoing. They designed a divinely inspired document to create a society where God-given values of charity and the opportunity to prosper could both occur. Our Founding Fathers also knew that governments concentrate power and use it against people. To keep people free, they separated those powers, setting each branch against the other, while forcing them to work together for the good of the people.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I have offered free market solutions that will make healthcare and healthcare insurance accessible, affordable, and of high quality.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government should ensure an open, transparent, and competitive free market. Government should ensure civil courts and police are fully funded to protect individuals and property, as well as deal with business lawsuits.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
Simpler, lower taxes for small businesses (including S-Corps, LLCs, 1099s, etc.) and individuals. Also, many of the provisions of the latest tax reform law should be made permanent for small businesses and individuals.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Robust economic growth.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I am concerned about the viability of Social Security benefits for future generations. I want people to have more sources of wealth; not having to rely strictly on Social Security.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
10 years in the Idaho State Senate; Growing up on a dairy farm; International businessman for Idaho technology companies; MBA and other college degrees and certifications from Idaho universities and companies.
