Government should support the growth of small businesses through sensible regulations. With the growth of small businesses it will promote confidence in the economy among both consumers and businesses.

Scott is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College where he majored in Accounting. He wants to use his broad executive management, legal, and contract negotiation experience as a former Divisional Chief Financial Officer with Fiserv, a Fortune 500 Company, to ensure that our government works efficiently and effectively to serve our citizens. Scott has served as Board Treasurer for the Moon Township Municipal Authority for the last 10 years. Since 2012 the Authority has invested over $15M in Moon Township infrastructure upgrades. This major capital investment project was accomplished while still providing its customers with one of the lowest services rates in the region.

Scott and his wife Kim have been very active in our community for over 15 years. Scott served 4 years on the Moon School Board. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Moon Township Republican Committee. He has volunteered as a basketball, and softball coach through Moon Parks and Recreation. Kim is a former member of the West Hills Area Women’s Club and St. Phillips MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) group. He and his family attend Impact Christian Church.
