Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Life of the mother in jeopardy and possibly rape/incest
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
No man can be permitted to become a god onto himself which is exactly what King George had become. By splitting the powers among the three branches, the states, and the people, our Founding Fathers recognized that power tends to attract and corrupt the corruptible and this permitted that to be diluted. Also, as was pointed out in the Federalist Papers, "if all men were angels no government would be necessary." Since we have realized that men are not angels while on Heaven we need limitations

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Lower the corporate tax rate a small amount in Pennsylvania. Local businesses are the best drivers of job growth and will reinvest in our local communities.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
We need to get big medicine out of health care coverage. Having UPMC offer health plans while also being a health provider is the equivalent of buying your car insurance through Ford. It makes zero sense and simply creates a monopoly. Removing providers from coverage will drastically reduce rates, improve competition, and quality of service.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The government should be a safety net to ensure we never have another Great Depression however should otherwise be minimally involved.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
As an attorney I read, write, and analyze the law everyday. As a former prosecutor of sexual assault cases, I uniquely have the ability to make a strong case out of little hard evidence. Further, in my current position I fight for citizens everyday against bigger and better funded groups. I have always been a voice for those who feel voiceless.
