As Chairman of the Wysox Township Board of Supervisors, I led our board to cut taxes by 17% - making Wysox one of the lowest taxed townships in PA. As a 4-term County Commissioner (2 terms as Chairman), we have maintained a AAA bond rating, have one of the top retirement plans in the State, shrunk the size of government by nearly 20%, cut taxes, eliminated debt, and promoted efforts that resulted in Bradford County being one of the top producers of natural gas in PA. I regularly attend & speak at Pro-Life Rallies. I am also an NRA member who attends & speaks at 2nd Amendment Rallies.

The government should: * provide an atmosphere for job growth & prosperity through education & job training opportunities that fit the job market. * cut job killing regulations * keep taxes as low as possible * engage in public/private partnerships when needed to improve infrastructure * stop incentivizing people to not work by limiting or eliminating long-term social welfare support for able-bodied individuals
