The nature of man is evil, and the founders knew that structural guardrails must be in place to prevent tyranny like what they just declared independence from.

In my eight years on city council, we have balanced the budget without raising taxes, cut the city debt from $31MM to $15.5MM, and built the rainy-day fund to an all-time high. On fiscal issues, my record is plain as day. I have not had opportunity to make public votes on many other issues listed above.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
It's at historic lows. We need wage growth and more quality jobs, not just quantity.
