16. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Our natural rights were given to us by our creator. The federal government was enumerated limited powers and nothing more. Any rights not given to the federal government are retained by the states and the people. Our federal government was set up in a way to prevent tyranny rule. The reason for the separate but equal branches of the federal government was to prevent majority tyranny and to setup a system of checks and balances amongst the three branches

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I believe in family, constitutional rights, and respect for others rights and property. Our country was founded by a few simple concepts; religious rights, civil rights, and the notion that no human being is the master of any other human being. I have taken a non-aggression oath which states that I will never initiate force for political or personal gains.
