Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I believe that Judges should uphold the Constitution, respect the separation of powers, and interpret law not make law. In short, Judges should not legislate from the bench. I believe that Judges should rule based on only the facts and law in the particular case before them. They should not prejudge cases and they should not rule on cases to further their own political or personal policy goals. In Ohio there are prohibitions for Judges regarding commenting on issues that may come before them on the bench. I have not answered certain questions on this survey... and those prohibitions are the reason. My answers on those questions might require recusal from certain cases or might subject me to professional sanction. On a personal note, Ihave been married for thirty years and have two adult daughters.
