Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
When the Mother's life is in danger, and in cases of rape and incest.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
By utilizing the NSA, CIA, FBI, and confidential informants as the law allows.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
This was done to ensure that there are sufficient checks and balances to prevent one person or group from taking over all authority. They were ensuring that America would not be ruled by a king or dictator.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in one God, the maker of heaven and earth, and Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is from my beliefs that I draw the values that dictate how I live my life.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
The people with whom I interact in both my personal and professional life should be able to verify this.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
There must be greater competition in the healthcare marketplace. As a country, we must have compassion for those who become ill and are unable to afford health insurance or medical care. A family should never be forced into bankruptcy because they are unable to pay their medical bills. To assist in paying for this, I believe that we should stop giving money freely to other countries that hate and condemn us.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
I believe in tax incentives and support of small businesses. There must also be greater emphasis on job training and education for meaningful jobs and vocations.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
There should be greater tax breaks for start-up companies to assist them in their growth, and ultimately their ability to hire others and expand.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
I believe that a trained workforce is vital. When this is paired with companies who are able to hire more people because they can take advantage of tax incentives, unemployment should be lessened. Additionally, with tax incentives, employers should be able to do more job training to increase the skills of their workers, and ultimately, their productivity.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
The Social Security funds must be treated as a family treats their own savings.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a attorney who has been practicing for 17 years. I know how laws are written and interpreted. I pledged to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the State of Indiana when I was sworn in to the Indiana State bar. I worked in healthcare at hospital and the American Medical Association for over 10 years. I also owned a construction company that worked at U.S. Steel, BP, and other industrial locations, as well as residential locations for over 30 years. I employed both non-union and union workers over the years. I am uniquely qualified to hold this office.
