Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None. When doctors and families are faced with the heart wrenching situation of the possibility of losing a baby or a mother in an at-risk pregnancy, every attempt should be made to save both lives, and if the child dies as an unintended consequence, that is not an abortion. Abortion is taking the life of an unborn child intentionally, with no extenuating circumstances or attempts to save both lives.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

After studying the successes and failures of governments throughout the ages, Madison and other Founding Fathers understood the tendency of "absolute power to corrupt absolutely." Because of man's sinful nature, they understood the need to separate power within the government to create a balance of power through a system of checks and balances. They were intent on protecting the God-given rights of the common man from the encroachment of an ever-expanding, powerful central government.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The best way to reduce unemployment is to do the following: 1. Create incentives for those collecting unemployment to find a job sooner by placing stricter requirements for unemployment qualifications, regular drug testing, reducing benefits for those who take advantage of the system and are not pro-actively looking for work, and many other positive incentives that re-enforce efforts to support the nuclear family, prove a strong work ethic and show a lack of drug use. 2. Unleash the economy by reducing taxes and unnecessary regulations. 3. Enable charitable organizations to provide help and continuing support to those who are actively trying to find jobs by creating economic incentives that encourage generous giving to those charitable organizations. 4. Highlighting and recognizing businesses who create jobs and help their communities to thrive.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Let the free-market system work.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The smaller and more efficient the government, the greater the opportunity of economic success for hardworking American citizens.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree, I have 10 years of teaching experience, I have been involved in helping multiple political campaigns since 2001 and I have been an activist on many public policy issues. I have spoken to groups around the country about current events and ways to be more involved in their communities and local/state/federal governments. I am a small business owner and an investor in Indiana businesses. I have seen firsthand the encroachment of an expanding federal government and understand the vital importance of the legislative process in maintaining effective, efficient state and local government.
