Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that Jesus was God in the flesh, that he died for our sins, that he rose from the grave, and that by believing in him we are saved. We receive eternal life through our faith in Jesus, not because of our merit, but rather because of his grace and mercy.

Many of the problems we face in healthcare have been caused by government. The first step should be to remove the barriers that have limited consumer choice and to encourage providers to re-enter the marketplace.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I graduated with honors from Anderson University in 1987 with two majors (accounting and computer science) in only 3 1/2 years. I worked for Praxair in Indianapolis for 7 years in several accounting, information technology, and management positions. In 1993, I started an insurance and financial services business in Anderson. In addition to my private sector experience, I have served as a school board member and most recently as a Madison County Councilman.
