QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I am Pro-Life from conception and strongly oppose abortion at any stage.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Life is precious and we should respect it.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
never
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
We need audits in every department of our government! Spending is out of control and must be limited!
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
We should look to our Constitution and limit government as well as taxes.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
This is the First Amendment in the Constitution and should not be impeded in any way, shape or form. Free speech and freedom to worship as one sees fit is a foundational principal of USA.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
You should have the right to practice your faith and beliefs in every aspect of your life including business.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The State should NEVER impede the Church but the Church has every right of free speech to support or oppose government or candidates running for office. The Johnson Amendment which impedes 501(C)3 organizations from speaking their beliefs is completely unconstitutional and should be eliminated.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NEVER, EVER! Our bodies are our own and no church, school or business should ever be allowed to mandate any medical treatment or vaccine especially on the children.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. Medicaid and Medicare should be available but no other taxpayer-funded programs. When the government provides your healthcare, they may take advantage of that control!
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
I believe the Judeo-Christian Bible outlines the boundaries of Israel. There is no higher authority than the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who bestowed that land upon Israel a few thousand years ago.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Refuse to give funds or support to those countries and/or organizations that promote terrorism.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Drugs and humans are brought across the border to traffic. If we do not have strong borders, we do not have a country.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Our previous immigration laws worked for many years. Legal immigration is the only path we should allow.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
God created two sexes, male and female.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is a tactic to divide the great people of America by races.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Jesus/Yeshua is my Lord and Savior and if we all followed His principles we would have heaven on earth. Love your neighbor more than yourself and respect the laws of God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
There is absolutely NO excuse not to have a photo id in this day and age.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Absolute picture ID, a way to track your vote, every election to have a forensic audit, both physical ballot counts must match computer counters. Limit mail in ballots, ONLY citizens vote, remove one from voter rolls as soon as death certificate is issued, secretaries of states to be responsible for maintaining clean, accurate voter rolls. Harsher penalties for those who cheat or assist cheating, immediate deportation for noncitizens who vote.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, only those who are trying to divide us by race are the threat.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Along with appropriate environmental regulations to be followed.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
I fall somewhere in the middle. I do not believe we need more red tape and "laws and regulations" however, I do believe we need to monitor and regulate the disposal of all known environmental toxins which would have an impact on the health of the community, citizens, land or livestock and companies that violate those laws made to protect us should be made to pay for restoration of the community.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I am part of the Liberty Caucus, The American Family Association. I have given speeches to KY Right to Life supporting their work, Sisters for Life, Constitutional Kentucky, Tea Party, Republican Party, etc. My Social Media presence and comments will support my conservative positions.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am here to serve the people and represent their voice of concerns in Congress and wherever I go. People are so busy trying to earn a living, pay bills and raise their children they need representative that will protect their interests.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
If they are following their departmental policies, yes! I also support pay for first responders harmed in the line of duty; desk or light duties for those returning to work after an incident of harm; better support for their families upon death or disability among other reforms. We ALL need our police!
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
We do not need to redirect funds, we need to add funds for mental health and community programs by creating partnerships with faith based organizations and businesses in return for tax credits/breaks. We also need to eliminate unnecessary and excess expenditures elsewhere to reallocate funds where they are most needed.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. I support the Second Amendment of the Constitution which says government shall NOT infringe upon the right to bear arms. Only those felons who have committed violent crimes with firearms should be prevented from owning firearms.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
We need "Accountability" of the person handling the firearm. If a drunk driver hits someone, do we sue the car manufacturer? No, of course not. To sue a firearms dealer or manufacturer is ridiculously stupid.
