QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
There is never a reason to allow the killing of an unborn baby.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would eliminate funding for pre-K in the public schools. I would eliminate funding for the Texas Mental Healthcare Consortium.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means the government isn't able to force anyone to adhere to a secular or religious agenda that is contrary to one's own beliefs and morals in accordance with the 1st amendment's right to religious freedom. It does not mean that we take prayer or moral teachings out of schools or public forums or that we remove allegiance to our flag, monuments or country.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would foster a competitive environment for healthcare coverage that would drive market prices to be adequate, affordable and accessible. For example, allowing healthcare insurance companies to compete across state lines and deregulation.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I am FOR legal immigration. I am FOR persons who support a democratic republic, the American Constitution and the rule of law.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Promotion of the LGBT agenda in public schools, including teaching of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”, is completely inappropriate and should be opposed at the state and local level.
Strongly Agree
I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a born again believer. Jesus is my Lord and Savior. His Word guides everything I do and believe. I am always working toward obedience, knowing I will fall short, but remembering I am saved by His grace. I value honesty, pursuing excellence for His name, courageously stepping into positions where I have been called, stewarding my gifts, talents and resources for His Glory. I admire those who are steadfast, self disciplined, compassionate and brave.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I have testified in legislative and state board of education hearings to protect children, families and parental rights. I have, also, participated in legislative briefings for Legislators. All are posted on my youtube channel "Jennifer Fleck Texas Strong" I created a website in 2012 called sexednurschool.com to combat a graphic sex ed curriculum called "It's Your Game". I still hold the positions espoused on that site. I have taught middle school girls Bible study every week in and out of my church for 20 years. I was baptized in my church in 1996. I have practiced law with integrity and professionalism for 20 years.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
First and foremost, I have worked with Legislators and helped draft legislation for several sessions. In 2019, I wrote 3 bills to protect children, families and parental rights. They were filed and I lobbied them through the process as an activist and unpaid servant of the People. I know and understand the legislative system and will be able to hit the ground running. In addition, I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (1994) and a law degree (2000). Professionally, I have represented clients in and out of court for decades and spent my career deciphering the language and intent of the law. For the last five years, I have served as General Counsel for an oil & gas services company.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I want my voters to know that I am running to serve them. I am grounded in Christ and I will not compromise my principles for political gain. I will work to pass legislation that meets Republican priorities. I will not be concerned about political advantage or selfish gain, thereby sacrificing the will of the People.

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None; enforce the laws on the books
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Republican legislative priorities Protecting children from (1) indoctrination and pornography in the schools and (2) medical mutilation Protecting parental rights as the supreme authority of their children
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, there are an abundance of laws in place on which people can rely and seek recourse to protect themselves that eliminate systemic racism as a threat. Although, I do see attacks on our Constitutional and Christian beliefs in the schools and in the public square and viewpoint discrimination as growing threats to our domestic security.
