Direct Congressional Appropriations to support the public finance programs, like Social Security, without using tax payer revenues. I will take the side of the argument that Social Security is a guaranteed retirement fund, for those who paid into the public financed retirement program.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
The practice of government spending is to fund an economy, build infrastructure for civilizations, and architect a culture of prosperity to improve everyone's way of life. Therefore, my focus is to pursue new funding programs to cover expenses at the county and municipal government levels, plus create new jobs in the process, with these appropriations. The art of "balancing the budget" is performed when Congress appropriates the funding to pay off the debts through job creating legislation.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
I believe in reducing the student loan interest rates to a much lower and practical rate, such as set the rate to one percent. More over, any interest paid greater than one percent may be used to pay off the existing principle on previous government backed loans.

However, Congress has to be constrained to stay out of the populations' pockets; for it is self-defeating to other principles to construct and promote prosperity.

Moreover, my stance is where no committee in government may take anything from the population but only give to the population and promote prosperity. I am running for the seat in the United States House of Representatives, Texas Congressional District 1, as a Republican Party Candidate, to represent the people in this district for all Federal issues and be the first United States Representative to provide access to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, founded in 1978, within the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ("FISA") legislation, to file complaints for the issuance of FISA warrants to pull accounts of victims and allow the Texas State Constitution and United States Constitution's Title 18 rules and Amendments of Bill of Rights to work in obtaining Civil Injunctions ("Stalking Protective Orders") and have criminal charges filed.

1) Construct the FISA Court to accept complaints from any citizen of the United States to provide any level of secret information and accounts for any Civil or Criminal complaint or petition. 2) Reduce student loan rates to 1%. 3) Abolish the Gift Tax and provide more deductions to make it easier to deduct for home offices to dry cleaning for work related activities.
