I have led leaderships and strategic change initiatives in forty-three nations, inclusion a nine year project which resulted in the nation of Paraguay going from the second most corrupt to one of the Top Ten Most Improved Nations in the World (1997-2006); have worked with a large variety of federal, state and local government organizations in providing leadership and other training services; have completed strategic plans with the Southwestern and Texas Border Sheriffs' Coalitions, the El Paso International Airport, the El Paso Coalition, the U.S. Army; and was recognized as Professional of the Year in Strategic Leadership for 2017 by Strathmore's Who's Who for Professionals and Executives Globally.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have been married for 44 years, have three children who are all married, have successful careers, and my wife and I are blessed with 7 grand children (and one on the way!); we have owned the Eagle's Nest Learning Center and Retreat Facility in the Upper Valley since 1998; I have travelled more than 4.5 million miles to serve people and organizations in less fortunate nations than the U.S.; and I deeply care about Building A Strong Future for El Paso and our Nation.
