Provide better and more accessible on-the-job-training and resources for those who have limited skills or education. Also, job creation would be spurred on by supporting local businesses and tax bases with increased lending options and tax incentives.

Healthcare providers, just like other industry business owners, have the right and responsibility to the public to have competitive market pricing for healthcare regardless of government involvement. Incentives and certain criteria can be put together to ensure that everyone has access and a right to treatment.
